Friday, July 6

Joseph A. Urbano, 27, of 200 West Rd., Ellington, was charged with operating under the influence, interfering with an officer and driving the wrong way on a one-way street, 1:46 a.m.

Brian D. Spellman, 26, of 15 Harvest Ln., Windsor Locks, was charged with second-degree failure to appear (two counts), 10:20 a.m.

Justin Hebert, 34, of 21 Varno Ln., Enfield, was charged with violation of a protective order, possession of a controlled substance, possession of less than a half-ounce of cannabis, use of drug paraphernalia and failure to keep narcotics in original container, 6:30 p.m.

Lee Taylor, 52, of 10 Thompson Ct., Apt. 2, Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, 6:40 p.m.

James R. Scovill, 19, of 4 Robbin Rd., Enfield, was charged with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace, 7:38 p.m.

Toni J. Flowers, 35, of 48 Second Ave., Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, 8:20 p.m.

Steven M. Gallant, 39, of 350 Meadow St., Agawam, Mass., was charged with operating under the influence and improper rear/marker lamps, 9:55 p.m.
