Bryan K. Sherman, 55, of 1543 King St., Room 132, Enfield, was charged with second-degree failure to appear (two counts), 12:44 a.m.

Anthony J. Mascaro, 44, of 2 Windham Rd., Enfield, was charged with third-degree assault, disorderly conduct and third-degree strangulation/suffocation, 2:25 a.m.

Andrew J. McCarty, 43, of no certain address, was charged on an extradition arrest, possession of a controlled substance, improper turn, second-degree forgery and illegal reproduction of a payment card, 3:49 a.m.

Elizabeth Rodriguez, 34, of 32 Cottage Green, Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, 10:25 p.m.
