Kimberly A. Crispina, 47, of 114 Henry St., Manchester, was charged with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace, 1:55 a.m.

Vincent D. Rodriguez, 36, of 189 Montemerlo Ave., Windsor Locks, was charged with robbery by carjacking and third-degree larceny, 3:31 a.m.

Brian T. Couture, 21, of 42 Spruceland Rd., Enfield, was charged with first-degree unlawful restraint, second-degree reckless endangerment, second-degree strangulation/suffociation, third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace, 12:41 p.m.

Dakota C. Curtis, 23, of 29 Primrose Ln., Suffield, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, possession of a controlled substance and use of drug paraphernalia, 4:35 p.m.

Lisa M. Backus, 49, of 105 Pleasant St., Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, second-degree threatening, assault on public safety personnel and interfering with an officer, 6:29 p.m.

Anthony G. Roldan, 26, of 4 Stanley Dr., Enfield, was charged with violation of a protective order, first-degree criminal trespass and second-degree failure to appear (two counts), 7:56 p.m.

Stephanie A. Hoffman, 53, of 113 Church St., Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, interfering with an officer and assault on public safety personnel, 9:20 p.m.

Monday, July 9

Christopher Feliciano, 28, of 31 Cottage Green, Enfield, was charged with violation of a protective order, third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace, 10:20 a.m.

Peter S. James, 19, of 4 Thompson Ct., Apt. 3, Enfield, was charged with possession of narcotics with intent to sell, second-degree breach of peace, carrying a pistol without a permit, first-degree burglary, sixth-degree larceny and second-degree strangulation/suffocation, 7:15 p.m.

Todd A. Cruickshank, 19, of 18 South St., Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, 8:05 p.m.
