Monday, July 8

Valerie Delgado, 24, of 89 South Whitney St., Hartford, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, 2:26 a.m.

Jovan J. Gonzalez, 19, of 22 Cora St., Enfield, was charged with violation of a protective order, 11:45 a.m.

Brian P. Thornton, 34, of 102 School St., Lebanon, N.H., was charged with first-degree stalking, second-degree breach of peace, violation of a protective order and issuing a false statement, 7:57 p.m.

Tuesday, July 9

Anika B. Folson, 26, of 7 Nelson Dr., Bloomfield, was charged with failure to respond to an infraction, 6:50 a.m.

Tylon T. Engram, 28, of 216 Belleview, Hartford, was charged with second-degree breach of peace (two counts), third-degree assault, third-degree criminal mischief, theft of plates/inserts, first-degree failure to appear and second-degree failure to appear (four counts), 6:00 p.m.

Zachary A. Trowbridge, 30, of 2119 Bigelow Commons, Enfield, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, 10:48 p.m.
