Patrick R. Morris, 30, of 225 Miller Rd., Westfield, Me., was charged with operating under the influence, operating an unregistered motor vehicle and failure to reinstate license after 60 days, 3:30 a.m.

Thomas L. Muska, 34, of F-3 Bradley Cir., Enfield, was charged with violation of a protective order, 4:25 p.m.

Jose Rodriguez, 31, of 37 Algonquin Pl., Springfield, Mass., was charged with sixth-degree larceny and possession of a controlled substance, 5:42 p.m.
