Natalie R. Kyparidis, 20, of 28 Marshall Dr., Enfield, was charged with possession of a controlled substance/marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia near a school and possession of narcotics, in connection with a narcotics violation on Spring Garden Rd., 11:14 p.m., June 22.

Holly R. Wilcox, 32, of 49 Trinity Terr., Springfield, Mass., was charged with 6th-degree larceny, in connection with a larceny call at Target on Elm St., 2:09 p.m.

Consee U. Bennett, 64, of 11 Hatchet Rd., Windsor, was charged with 6th-degree larceny, in connection with a larceny call at Kohl's on Elm St., 10:07 a.m.

Michelle M. Carter, 27, of 35 Spence St., Manchester, was charged with 2nd-degree breach of peace, on a 2010 warrant, 11:50 a.m.

Christopher Grillo, 45, of 627 Taylor Rd., Enfield, was charged with 2nd-degree unlawful restraint and disorderly conduct, on a 2011 warrant, 3:07 p.m.
