Rafael Mendrell, 46, of 34 Scott St., Springfield, Mass., was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 9:57 a.m.

Daniel R. Beauchemin, 41, of 35 Armstrong Rd., Enfield, was charged on an extradition arrest, 12:34 p.m.
