Ryan J. Bowen, 30, of 35 Silver Birch Ln., Clinton, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 7:54 a.m.

Christopher J. Godin, 30, of 627 Taylor Rd., Enfield, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, use of drug paraphernalia, failure to display plates, failure to obey traffic control signals and operating under suspension, 6:45 p.m.

Nicolette T. Williams, 31, of 517 Washington Rd., Enfield, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and use of drug paraphernalia, 6:45 p.m.

Jahmar E. Williams, 27, of 26 Mortson St., Hartford, was charged with first-degree forgery, possession of less than a half-ounce of a cannabis-type substance and failure to use seat belt, 7:30 p.m.
