June 5

Charles W. Smith, 47, of 46 Field St., Bristol, was charged with operating under the influence, in connection with a DUI call on Carriage Dr., 2:19 a.m.

Michael G. Riopelle, 30, of 53 Harvey Johnson Dr. Agawam, MA, was charged with 6th-degree larceny, in connection with a larceny call at Home Depot on Elm St., 2:06 p.m.

Eric M. Mahaney, 33, of 595 North St., Feeding Hills, MA, was charged with 6th-degree larceny, in connection with a larceny call at Home Depot on Elm St., 2:06 p.m.

Jessica A. Pasini, 23, of 1 Peggy Ln., Enfield, was charged with 3rd-degree assault and disorderly conduct, in connection with a disorderly conduct call on Peggy Ln., 4:01 p.m.

Shavar C. Walker, 25, of 50 Mansfield St., Hartford, was charged with 3rd-degree assault and 2nd-degree breach of peace, in connection with a domestic disturbance at the Enfield Market on Weymouth Rd., 6:00 p.m.

June 6

James N. Cecere, 22, of 430 South Stone St., West Suffield, was charged with operating under the influence, in connection with a DUI call on Elm St., 3:38 a.m.

Juan L. Cruz, 33, of 824 Wethersfield Ave., Hartford, was charged with operating under the influence, in connection with a DUI call at Brookside Village, 5:40 a.m.

Zachary R. Lovell, 20, of 28 Center St., Stafford Springs, was charged with 6th-degree larceny, charging less than $500 on a revoked credit card, fraudulent use of an automated teller, conspiracy to commit 6th-degree larceny and conspiracy to charge less than $500 on a revoked credit card, on a 2013 warrant, 7:30 a.m.

Amber L. Dicarlo, 19, of 93 Fox Hill Ln., Enfield, was charged with 6th-degree larceny, issuing a bad check, fraudulent use of an automated teller, conspiracy to commit 6th-degree larceny and conspiracy to issue a bad check, on a 2013 warrant, 8:10 a.m.

Raheem A. Shareef, 18, of 31 Hartford Ave., Enfield, was charged with 2nd-degree breach of peace, in connection with a disorderly conduct call at Fermi High School on North Maple St., 7:37 a.m.

Carlis Devorce, 52, of 888 Garden St., Hartford, was charged with 6th-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit 6th-degree larceny, possession of a controlled substance/marijuana and possession/use of drug paraphernalia, in connection with a larceny call at Kohl's on Elm St., 7:23 p.m.

Tiffany N. Dukes, 33, of 888 Garden St., Hartford, was charged with 6th-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit 6th-degree larceny, in connection with a larceny call at Kohl's on Elm St., 7:23 p.m.

Duane E. Smith, 30, of 10 Bigelow Ave., Enfield, was charged with 2nd-degree failure to appear, on a 2013 warrant, 7:30 p.m.

Felicia J. Smith, 31, of 10 Bigelow Ave., Enfield, was charged with 6th-degree larceny, possession of a receipt from an illegally-used credit card, possession of narcotics and possession of narcotics near a school/daycare, in connection with a narcotics violation on Elm St. and on a 2013 warrant, 7:55 p.m.
