Kevin R. Collins, 60, of 1692 King St., Enfield, was charged with illegal possession of unlabeled explosives, illegal possession of exploding fireworks, illegal possession of explosives, risk of injury to a child and first-degree reckless endangerment, 5:30 a.m.
Jamie L. Degray, 34, of 19-A Martin St., Enfield, was charged with third-degree larceny (two counts), 12:52 p.m.
