Monday, March 12

Vincent T. Rodriguez, 36, of 189 Montemerlo Ave., Windsor Locks, was charged with third-degree assault, second-degree breach of peace and second-degree unlawful restraint, 8:57 a.m.

Patrick E. Donahue, 41, of 5 Maple View Ln., Feeding Hills, Mass., was charged with second-degree failure to appear (two counts), 9:57 a.m.

Donald J. Palmer III, 23, of 27 Virginia Ave., Enfield, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and first-degree robbery, 1:56 p.m.

Donald L. Tellier, Jr., 58, of 9 Varno Ln., Enfield, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault, 3:20 p.m.

Courtney M. Carnevale, 26, of 290 Cady St., Ludlow, Mass., was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 7:01 a.m.

Sophie E. Skelton, 28, of 56 Elm St., Unit 46, Enfield, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 8:58 a.m.

Justin A. Burr, 30, of 51 Kimberly Dr., Enfield, was charged with operating under the influence and failure to drive in proper lane, 9:50 a.m.

Joshua White, 30, of no certain address, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, 2:10 p.m.

Robert L. Lyman II, 28, of 32 Wynwood Dr., Enfield, was charged with third-degree robbery and sixth-degree larceny, 4:59 p.m.
