Nereiyalis Castro-Rivera, 21, of 118 Newton St., Hartford, was charged with operating under the influence, improper use of marker, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, operating without minimum insurance and failure to drive right, 3:03 a.m.

Katherine Rohan, 28, of 33 Lincoln St., Chicopee, Mass., was charged with second-degree false incident report, interfering with an officer and misuse of 911 emergency system, 11:02 a.m.

Saturday, March 16

Richard J. Harvey, 43, of 82 Oak Hollow Dr., Waterbury, was charged with operating under the influence and failure to obey traffic control signals, 2:03 a.m.

Velma M. Marable, 66, of 63 Willmont St., Springfield, Mass., was charged with sixth-degree larceny, 2:53 p.m.

Sunday, March 17

Robert E. Moticka, 58, of 439 Reed Ave., Windsor Locks, was charged with operating under the influence and failure to drive right, 1:06 a.m.

Joseph J. Scirica, 43, of no certain address, was charged with violation of probation (two counts), 1:50 p.m.

Jayson F. Smith, 35, of 54 Woodycrest, East Hartford, ws charged with sixth-degree larceny, 9:20 p.m.

Xavier J. Clinton, 29, of 190 Sargeant St., Hartford, was charged with illegal possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle, interfering with an officer, violation of pistol permit requirements, use of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance and possession of less than a half-ounce of cannabis, 10:46 p.m.
