Franky V. Grisales, 46, of 8 Brown St., Hartford, was charged with second-degree forgery, 2:50 p.m.

Kimberly A. Garcia, 21, of 73 Villa Pkwy., Springfield, Mass., was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 3:58 p.m.

Thomas S. Golas, 25, of 7 Stony Brook Rd., Enfield, was charged with second-degree threatening, second-degree criminal mischief, interfering with an emergency call and disorderly conduct, 5:15 p.m.

Suhail A. Shaikh, 21, of 92 Wakefield Cir., East Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, 6:22 p.m.

Brian P. Canavan, 48, of 73 Ontario St., Springfield, Mass., was charged with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace, 7:20 a.m.

Nicholas J. Bouchard, 31, of 6 Harvest Ln., Windsor Locks, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and operating under suspension, 9:50 a.m.

Raelynn A. Dickinson, 21, of 51 Quality Ave., Somersville, was charged with failure to respond to an infraction, 4:32 p.m.

Robert J. Milvae, 37, of F-8 Bradley Cir., Enfield, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, 10:06 p.m.
