March 20

Jasmine Epps, 19, of 75 Roosevelt Blvd., Enfield, was charged with fifth-degree larceny (two counts), credit card theft (two counts) andcharging les than $500 on a revoked credit card (two counts), 6:30 a.m.

Duyen T. Lorello, 58, of 17 Rockwell Rd., Stafford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, 1:42 p.m.

March 21

Donald A. Schultz, 46, of 219 Center St., Manchester, was charged with interfering with an officer and first-degree failure to appear, 5:59 a.m.

Dexter L. Bolden, 49, of 34 Huyshope Ave., Hartford, was charged with fifth-degree larceny and first-degree forgery, 1:00 p.m.

Craig E. Tingley, 51, of 523 Washington Rd., Apt. 14, Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, 2:38 p.m.
