Thomas P. Ward, 47, of 376 Hunter Rd., Tolland, was charged with possession of narcotics and use of drug paraphernalia, 6:15 p.m.

Sandra L. Mortensen, 60, of 16 Pine Hill Rd., Enfield, was charged with operating under the influence and failure to obey stop sign, 7:14 p.m.

Anthony D. Suazo, 37, of 142 Putnam St., Hartford, was charged with possession of narcotics with intent to sell, 10:07 p.m.

Ronald P. Smith, 48, of 25 Lincoln St., Enfield, was charged with violation of a protective order, 1:00 a.m.

Brendan M. Kennan, 33, of 67 Meadowlark Rd., Enfield, was charged with operating under the influence and possession of a controlled substance/marijuana, 4:00 a.m.

Trisha Garcia, 23, of 89 Sumner Ave., Springfield, Mass., was charged with second-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace, 4:28 a.m.

Natasha Jose, 22, of 1548 Cannon Cir., Springfield, Mass., was charged with second-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace, 4:28 a.m.

Teresa L. Harkins, 53, of 73 Park Ave., Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, third-degree assault and risk of injury to a minor, 10:58 a.m.

Andrew Fairley, 35, of 9 Northfield Rd., Enfield, was charged with second-degree failure to appear (two counts), 2:03 p.m.
