March 27

Kerry H. Harvey, 27, of 186 Allen St., East Longmeadow, Mass., was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 2:30 p.m.

Teresa L. Harkins, 53, of 73 Park Ave., Enfield, was charged with second-degree violating conditions of release and first-degree criminal trespass, 2:32 p.m.

Scott E. Delorge, 46, of 65 Sharren Ln., Enfield, was charged with interfering with an officer and failure to insure private motor vehicle, 4:18 p.m.

March 28

Jared R. Johnston, 34, of 17 Downing Cir., Bloomfield, was charged with operating under the influence, risk of injury to a minor, use of drug paraphernalia and possession of less than a half-ounce of cannabis, 1:32 a.m.

Hannah K. Quinn, 20, of 124 Windsor St., Enfield, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, 3:58 p.m.

Ryan J. Peterson, 25, of 16 Cottage Rd., Enfield, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 9:59 p.m.
