Eralda Xhaxha, 20, of 31 Putnam Ln., Enfield, was charged with possession of a controlled substance/marijuana and possession with intent to sell, in connection with a narcotics violation on Elm St. and Spring Garden Rd., 3:24 p.m.

Timothy M. Stanat, 22, of 25 East Rd., Broad Brook, was charged with possession of a controlled substance/marijuana, in connection with a narcotics violation on Elm St. and Spring Garden Rd., 3:24 p.m.

Franklyn C. Matteson, 44, of 87-A Main St., Broad Brook, was charged with evading responsibility and following too closely, in connection with a motor vehicle accident on Broad Brook and Abbe Rds., 4:51 p.m.

Stephen Lindinger, 20, of 147 Sheridan Rd., Enfield, was charged with 2nd-degree harassment, 2nd-degree threatening and 2nd-degree breach of peace, in connection with a disorderly conduct call on Valley View Cir., 3:53 p.m.

Kara L. Aldrich, 44, of 26 Cottage Green, Enfield, was charged with failure to respond to an infraction, on a 2010 warrant, 6:15 p.m.

Wendylee Russell, 45, of 90 West St., Enfield, was charged with 2nd-degree assault, 2nd-degree breach of peace and interfering with an emergency call, in connection with a domestic disturbance on West St., 7:46 p.m.

Ryan T. Makaravitz, 26, of 50 South Grand St., West Suffield, was charged with operating under the influence, evading responsibility, reckless driving, operating without insurance and interfering with an officer, in connection with a motor vehicle accident on Ganny Terr. and Shaker Rd., 10:23 p.m.
