April 1

Thomas E. Jacques, Jr., 29, of 3 Oakwood St., Enfield, was charged with operating under the influence and failure to obey traffic control signals, 1:10 a.m.

Kelsey A. Tuttle, 20, of 377 West Wolcott Ave., Windsor, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, 3:39 p.m.
