Monday, March 4

Esmerelda Rivera, 35, of 65 Harding Ave., Newington, was charged with second-degree threatening, 2:35 p.m.

William J. Morris, 63, of 1645 King St., Enfield, was charged with first-degree burglary, third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace, 8:36 p.m.

James M. Benvenuto, 39, of B-3 Bradley Cir., Enfield, was charged with violation of probation, 10:25 a.m.

Thomas J. Sandamena, 22, of 24 Dewey Ave., Windsor, was charged with failure to respond to a payable violation, 12:45 p.m.

Bryan E. Ortiz, 23, of 222 North Maple St., Enfield, was charged with violation of probation, 6:30 p.m.

Nicholas S. Trombley, 30, of 11 Hazard Ave., Room 241, Enfield, was charged with first-degree reckless endangerment, interfering with an officer, possession of a controlled substance, use of drug paraphernalia, assault on public safety personnel and second-degree breach of peace, 9:15 p.m.

Jorge Benitez, 31, of 351 Tokeneke Rd., Holyoke, Mass., was charged with second-degree criminal mischief, 11:13 a.m.

Steven A. Phelps, 55, of no certain address, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 1:39 p.m.

Christopher J. Berrios, 32, of 5 Elm St., Enfield, was charged with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace, 3:40 p.m.

Justin Lattanzio, 19, of 23 Wilson Ln., Vernon, was charged with criminal attempt to commit third-degree robbery, second-degree breach of peace, misuse of 911 emergency system, first-degree false incident report and second-degree threatening, 5:00 p.m.

Lissandra E. Torres, 26, of 49 Nutmeg Ave., Enfield, was charged with risk of injury to a child and second-degree reckless endangerment, 12:50 p.m.

Nicole J. Wienczkowski, 33, of 44 Thompson Ct., Enfield, was charged with violation of probation (two counts), 8:35 p.m.

Aaron R. Rossi, 38, of 1051 Palisado Ave., Windsor, was charged with operating under the influence, failure to drive in proper lane, interfering with an officer and failure to comply with fingerprint requirements, 3:30 a.m.

Angel R. Vazquez-Roque, 38, of 140 Silver Ln., East Hartford, was charged with operating a commercial vehicle under the influence, operating under suspension, failure to drive in proper lane and traveling unreasonably fast, 6:20 a.m.

Christopher P. Tenerowicz, 39, of 288 Taylor Rd., Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, 11:24 p.m.

Brianna L. Pintavalle, 21, of 130 Naubuc Ave., East Hartford, was charged with operating under the influence, failure to carry license and traveling unreasonably fast, 4:48 a.m.

Jami R. Stevenson, 35, of 7 Lewis St., Westfield, Mass., was charged with possession of a controlled substance, 11:36 p.m.
