Michele L. Cook, 49, of 87 Ruby Rd., Willington, was charged on an extradtion arrest, 7:00 a.m.

Rachelle L. Winter, 30, of 86 Mill St., Putnam, was charged with second-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit second-degree larceny, second-degree robbery and conspiracy to commit second-degree robbery, 9:50 a.m.

Raymond D. Rivers, 45, of 62 Big Sky Dr., Leister, N.C., was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 12:20 p.m.

Xavier Torres, 40, of 33 Prospect St., Enfield, was charged with violation of a protective order and first-degree criminal trespass, 9:50 p.m.

Edward J. Hooker III, 22, of 60 Burnham St., Enfield, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 9:51 p.m.

James D. Renaudette, 26, of 31 Gilman St., Holyoke, Mass., was charged with violation of a protective order, 12:15 a.m.
