Jacinta A. Holeman, 39, of 469 North Main St., Norwich, was charged with illegal possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle and criminal possession of a pistol/revolver, 6:13 a.m.
Timothy L. Sotis, 48, of 47 Ward St., Vernon, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and violation of probation, 7:00 p.m.

Brittany A. Robarge, 26, of 20 Marshall St., New Britain, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 6:58 a.m.
Brian D. Spellman, 26, of 1543 King St., Room 136, Enfield, was charged with sixth-degree larceny (two counts), 6:31 p.m.
Shaquan N. Hairston, 23, of 31 Asnuntuck St., Enfield, was charged with sixth-degree larceny (three counts), 6:48 p.m.
Adam M. McFarland, 29, of 1440 Howard Way, Lawrenceville GA, was charged with possession of narcotics, use of drug paraphernalia, illegal possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle and carrying a pistol without a permit, 8:42 p.m.
Thomas J. Quail, 31, of 444 Burnside Ave., East Hartford, was charged with first-degree failure to appear, 9:45 p.m.
