Michael J. Tatavitto, 28, of 38-B Church St., Enfield, was charged with second-degree failure to appear and possession of a controlled substance, 7:21 p.m.

Tracy L. Forgotch, 29, of 315 Newhouse St., Springfield, Mass., was charged with operating under the influence, failure to drive in proper lane, traveling unreasonably fast and risk of injury to a minor, 11:10 p.m.

May 14

Rickly R. Rowe, Jr., 40, of 6 Clover Ln., Bloomfield, was charged with operating under the influence, failure to obey stop sign and failure to drive in proper lane, 3:11 a.m.

Carlito A. Colon, 21, of 13 Northwood St., Enfield, was charged with second-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace, 5:36 a.m.

Stephanie M. Leitao, 19, of 97 Prospect St., Enfield, was charged with evading responsibility and unsafe backing, 5:02 p.m.

Tyves R. Rovito-Duprey, 26, of 680 Enfield St., Enfield, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle while impaired and possession of narcotics, 7:55 p.m.

Amanda L. Fiore, 26, of 81 South Rd., Enfield, was charged with disorderly conduct and second-degree threatening, 10:31 p.m.
