May 15

Stephany R. Spence, 25, of 31 Gillett St., Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny (two counts) and illegal possession of a shoplifting device, 4:02 p.m.

Sadrack Lesperance, 26, of 31 Bulkeley Ave., Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny (two counts), 5:19 p.m.

Angel L. Santiago, 32, of 174 Ashley St., Hartford, was charged with first-degree failure to appear, 9:43 p.m.

May 16

Marelyn Irizarry, 38, of 48 Johnson St., Springfield, Mass., was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 2:54 p.m.
