Wednesday, May 16

Dana T. Smith-Morin, 30, of 32 New King St., Enfield, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and use of drug paraphernalia, 5:50 p.m.

Richard J. Onofri, 54, of 45 Bigelow Ave., Enfield, was charged with operating under the influence, 11:23 p.m.

Thursday, May 17

Roger C. Haynes-Oxley, 33, of 166 Martin St., Hartford, was charged with reckless driving, engaging police in pursuit, failure to display plates, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, operating under suspension, improper use of marker and failure to insure private motor vehicle, 11:15 p.m.

Friday, May 18

Franklin W. Thompson, 70, of 294 Hazard Ave., Enfield, was charged with operating under the influence and failure to drive in proper lane, 12:59 a.m.

David M. Bryant, 56, of 11 Hazard Ave., Room 148, Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, third-degree assault and second-degree failure to appear (two counts), 10:00 a.m.

Saturday, May 19

Chelsea A. Quail, 27, of 25 Alden Ave., Enfield, was charged with violation of probation and second-degree failure to appear, 1:43 a.m.

Dylan T. Ravlin, 20, of 11 Grove St., Windsor Locks, was charged with driving under the influence, possession of a controlled substance, failure to drive in proper lane and operating while using a handheld electronic device, 2:27 a.m.

Emanual Aseme, 19, of 106 Exchange St., New Haven, was charged with possession of narcotics, 9:48 p.m.

Kelvin E. Hurst, 44, of 399 Parker St., Manchester, was charged with operating under the influence and reckless driving, 11:27 p.m.

Sunday, May 20

Lewis T. Keeney, 70, of 58 Maple St., Somersville, was charged with operating under the influence, use of drug paraphernalia, failure to drive in proper lane and operating an unregistered motor vehicle, 5:09 a.m.

Colby T. West, 24, of 2 Taylor Rd., Enfield, was charged with disorderly conduct, 10:33 p.m.
