Michael Diaz, 33, of 171 Breckwood Cir., Springfield, Mass., was charged with reckless driving, improper use of marker, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, operating without minimum insurance and operating without a license, 12:44 p.m.

Chaquana S. Wooding, 26, of 33 Goslee Dr., Manchester, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and operating under suspension. 2:56 p.m.

Kevin D. Fisher, 57, of 30 High Ct., East Hartford, was charged with illegal possession of a shoplifting device, sixth-degree larceny and first-degree forgery, 5:07 p.m.

Mistene S. Williams, 25, of 6618 Bigelow Commons, Enfield, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, 5:20 p.m.

Thursday, May 3

Tanner W. Staley, 25, of 23 South St., Enfield, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, 10:45 a.m.

Jeffrey D. Peyman, 38, of 2116 Calkins Rd., Palmer, Mass., was charged with fifth-degree larceny, 12:05 p.m.

Bryan R. Trotter, 31, of 4 Middlesex Dr., Enfield, was charged with violation of a protective order, 5:20 p.m.

John S. Weatherwax, 37, of 16 Winding Ln., Enfield, was charged with possession of narcotics, use of drug paraphernalia and second-degree failure to appear (three counts), 9:46 p.m.
