Morgan C. Worthington, 22, of no certain address, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 6:39 a.m.

Rafael X. Tellado, 23, of 31 Douglas St., Hartford, was charged with second-degree failure to appear (three counts), 7:23 a.m.
