Tuesday, May 28

DeMarcus A. Murphey, 27, of 97 Shelley St., Waterbury, was charged with violation of probation (three counts) and second-degree failure to appear, 2:00 a.m.

Raymond S. Moule, 36, of 55 Prospect St., Enfield, was charged with first-degree larceny, 7:11 a.m.

Jose Cuevas, 37, of 68 Ames Ave., Chicopee, Mass., was charged with third-degree larceny (two counts), 11:09 a.m.

Nicholas J. Gasperini, 29, of 5 Windsor Ln., East Longmeadow, Mass., was charged with possession of a controlled substance, use of drug paraphernalia, failure to comply with state traffic commission requirements, improper use of marker, operating an unregistered motor vehicle and operating without minimum insurance, 8:09 p.m.

Nicole E. Berry, 30, of 478 Enfield St., Enfield, was charged with third-degree assault, second-degree breach of peace and third-degree criminal mischief, 11:00 p.m.

Wednesday, May 29

Joseph R. Bishop, 18, of 31 Sam St., Enfield, was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct, 3:58 p.m.

Joseph R. Dubois, 27, of 131 Church St., Enfield, was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct, 4:44 p.m.
