Mark A. Keys, Jr., 23, of 30 Thompson Ct., Enfield, was charged with operating under the influence, improper parking and improper number of headlamps, 12:25 a.m.

Sunday, June 2

Kerry E. Tompsett, 32, of 11 Hazard Ave., Enfield, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 9:14 a.m.

Veronica Z. Arroyo, 39, of 92 Windsor St., was charged with second-degree failure to appear (two counts), 11:10 p.m.

Monday, June 3

Bruce J. Michaud, 32, of 12 Sanford Ave., Enfield, was charged with criminal possession of a firearm, failure to store a loaded firearm re: minor, first-degree threatening, risk of injury to a child, possession of a controlled substance and second-degree breach of peace, 6:30 a.m.

Zachary T. Ouellette, 27, of 20 Glendale Rd., Enfield, was charged with second-degree threatening and second-degree breach of peace, 9:27 a.m.

Luis A. Yantin, 34, of 61 Johnson St., Springfield, Mass., was charged with evading responsibility and failure to comply with passing on right rules, 2:43 p.m.
