Michael E. Hicks, 45, of 56 Elm St., Unit 8, Enfield, was charged with interfering with an officer, possession of narcotics and use of drug paraphernalia, 1:39 a.m.

Mathew J. Barton, 23, of 79 West St., Enfield, was charged with second-degree assault, second-degree strangulation/suffocation and disorderly conduct, 2:06 p.m.

Robert B. Soini, 57, of 4 Hartford Ave., Enfield, was charged with operating under the influence, operating under suspension, failure to drive in proper lane and failure to use turn signal, 10:20 p.m.

Sunday, May 6

Rodney J. Lynch, Jr., 22, of 58 Green Valley Dr., Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree criminal mischief, 4:02 p.m.

Nicole J. Wienczkowski, 33, of 44 Thompson Ct., Enfield, was charged with first-degree failure to appear (two counts) and second-degree failure to appear, 8:19 p.m.

Tyler R. Cosgrove, 26, of no certain address, was charged with first-degree criminal trespass and interfering with an officer, 9:05 p.m.

Michelle Cordova, 23, of 551 Washington Rd., Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, 9:40 p.m.
