Wednesday, Nov. 1

Burton C. Koch, 63, of 5 Grand St., Enfield, was charged with third-degree strangulation/suffocation, second-degree unlawful restraint and second-degree breach of peace, 8:28 a.m.

Howard C. Bowen, 33, of 1 East St. South, Suffield, was charged with second-degree criminal trespass, 10:18 a.m.

Charles C. Spallino, 61, of 304 Brainard Rd., Unit 11, Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, 12:50 p.m.

Heidi T. Mayhew, 40, of 11 Windsor Ct., Enfield, was charged with first-degree failure to appear and second-degree failure to appear (two counts), 8:30 p.m.

Ryan T. Eastwood, 44, of 18 Southmeadow Ln., Enfield, was charged with evading responsibility and failure to obey traffic control signals, 9:40 p.m.

Thursday, Nov. 2

John D. Nelson, 39, of 19 Debra St., Enfield, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 7:16 p.m.

Susan B. Whirty, 49, of 2420 Canyon Ridge Dr., Broad Brook, was charged with second-degree forgery and interfering with an officer, 8:43 p.m.

Colin M. Murphy, 20, of 14 Ridge Rd., Enfield, was charged with violation of probation, 10:15 p.m.

Friday, Nov. 3

Sean P. Deglis, 31, of 5 Lexington Cir., Southwick, Mass., was charged with operating under the influence, possession of narcotics, interfering with an officer, operating under suspension and failure to drive in proper lane, 1:40 a.m.

Courtney N. Carnevale, 26, of 290 Cady St., Ludlow, Mass., was charged with operating under the influence, possession of narcotics and interfering with an officer, 1:47 a.m.

Jerrold B. Paradis, 41, of 132 Sherman Rd., Enfield, was charged with third-degree assault, second-degree criminal mischief and second-degree breach of peace, 12:24 p.m.

Todd D. Cooley, 40, of no certain address, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 5:32 p.m.

Micherlee E. Ortiz, 24, of 511 Main St., Springfield, Mass., was charged with sixth-degree larceny, 9:30 p.m.

Natasha A. Zayas, 26, of 233 Belmont Ave., Springfield, Mass., was charged with sixth-degree larceny, 9:30 p.m.
