Tyler J. O'Neill, 24, of 54 Roosevelt Blvd., Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, third-degree assault and second-degree strangulation/suffocation, 8:42 p.m.

Wednesday, Nov. 15

Tatianya Johnson, 45, of 126 Silver Ln., East Hartford, was charged with second-degree failure to appear (two counts), 6:39 a.m.

Justin R. Weins, 30, of 26 Lyman St., South Hadley, Mass., was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 12:03 p.m.

Candida Hamel-Hawley, 45, of 84 Buckingham St., Springfield, Mass., was charged with fifth-degree larceny and criminal impersonation, 4:20 p.m.

Stephen Van Voorhees, 65, of 4684 Penn Hill Dr., Schnecksville, Penn., was charged with third-degree assault, first-degree criminal trespass and second-degree breach of peace, 9:43 p.m.

Curt A. Hanson, 46, of 28 Augusta St., Tinton Falls, N.J., was charged with second-degree breach of peace and first-degree criminal trespass, 10:37 p.m.
