Tuesday, Nov. 13

Nicole A. Hartman, 28, of no certain address, was charged with use of drug paraphernalia, interfering with an officer, possession of narcotics and violation of probation, 12:14 a.m.

Darren J. Downing, 40, of 9 Elm St., Tariffville, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 9:46 a.m.

Angelo J. Pacheco, 44, of 95 Raffia Rd., Enfield, wa charged with possession of a controlled substance and use of drug paraphernalia, 6:53 p.m.

Wednesday, Nov. 14

Don A. Moody, 53, of 130 Shaker Rd., Enfield, was charged with first-degree threatening, first-degree reckless endangerment (two counts), second-degree breach of peace, criminal attempt to commit first-degree assault (five counts), attempt to assault public safety personnel (five counts), illegal discharge of a firearm (four counts), interfering with an officer and third-degree criminal mischief, 6:00 a.m.

Todd A. Cruickshank, 19, of 18 South St., Enfield, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, 9:20 a.m.

Jamie L. DeGray, 34, of 266 Main St., Windsor Locks, was charged with fourth-degree larceny (two counts), 12:20 p.m.

Donovan B. Coombs, 19, of 44 Edgewood St., Hartford, was charged with fourth-degree larceny (two counts), 12:20 p.m.

Michael J. Graham, 18, of 24 Wolcott Hill Rd., Wethersfield, was charged with fourth-degree larceny (two counts), 12:20 p.m.

Thursday, Nov. 15

Lisa S. Grassette, 59, of 72 South River St., Enfield, was charged with third-degree assault on an elderly/other victim and disorderly conduct, 4:00 p.m.

Neftali Pagan-Rojas, 51, of 105 Milne St., Bridgeport, was charged with violating controlled drug prescription requirements, operating under suspension, operating without minimum insurance and improper use of marker, 7:09 p.m.

Michael C. Corbin, 34, of 2144 Bigelow Commons, Enfield, was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct, 11:29 p.m.

Friday, Nov. 16

Alexander J. Peabody, 25, of 74 Highland Park, Enfield, was charged with operating under the influence, evading responsibility and reckless driving, 1:39 a.m.

David M. Shevock, 38, of 8 Sunrise Cir., Enfield, was charged with operating under the influence and failure to obey traffic control signals, 6:09 p.m.

Matthew C. Santaniello, 32, of 14 Eleanor Rd., Enfield, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 8:10 p.m.
