Teresa L. Harkins, 53, of 73 Park Ave., Enfield, was charged with violation of a protective order, 11:36 p.m.

Nov. 15

William B. Livermore III, 34, of 482 Taylor Rd., Enfield, was charged with first-degree failure to appear, 1:33 a.m.

Madeline A. Wilson, 57, of no certain address, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, 11:05 a.m.
