Nov. 16

Ken Xiong, 31, of 59 Church St., Enfield, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 5:50 p.m.

Johames Diaz, 35, of 8 Cottage Green, Enfield ,was charged with violation of a protective order, 10:19 a.m.

Michael P. Moschetto, 20, of 32 Pierce St., Enfield, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, 4:09 p.m.

Brittany N. Toce, 21, of 242 Talcottville Rd., Vernon, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and possession of narcotics, 5:54 p.m.

Nov. 18

Autumn M. Dickson, 21, of 12 Olympic Ave., Stafford, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 10:51 a.m.

Cynthia Veloso, 20, of 14 Ahern Ave., Windsor Locks, was charged with third-degree burglary and use of drug paraphernalia, 10:35 p.m.

Tyler Barnaby, 21, of 14 Ahern Ave., Windsor Locks, was charged with third-degree burglary, sixth-degree larceny and possession of narcotics, 10:38 p.m.

Donald J. Palmer III, 21, of no certain address, was charged with possession of narcotics, 10:39 p.m.
