Monday, Nov. 20

Kaimalkia T. Clinton, 35, of 22 Alexander Rd., Bloomfield, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, improper use of marker and second-degree failure to appear (two counts), 2:47 p.m.

James M. Keller, 59, of 23 Gordon Ave., Enfield, was charged with violation of a protective order (two counts) and first-degree reckless endangerment, 8:42 p.m.

Tuesday, Nov. 21

Nathen Basile, 23, of 119 Pearl St., Enfield, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, 10:35 a.m.

Ernest J. Blais, 34, of 49 Cypress Rd., Windsor Locks, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and sixth-degree larceny, 10:40 a.m.

Victor Garcia, 41, of 116 Fort Pleasant Ave., Springfield, Mass., was charged with sale of certain illegal drugs and possession of a controlled substance, 4:50 p.m.

Terrence B. Jones, 27, of 48 Maple Ave., Enfield, was charged with violation of probation, 6:41 p.m.

Bruce J. Michaud, 30, of 20 Elm Terr., Windsor Locks, was charged with third-degree assault, second-degree breach of peace, second-degree criminal mischief and second-degree reckless endangerment, 8:15 p.m.

Carmine J. Leblanc, 31, of 12 Pleasant St., Enfield, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 8:57 p.m.
