Nov. 23

David S. Jones, 49, of 243 Green Manor Terr., Windsor Locks, was charged with third-degree assault, disorderly conduct, third-degree strangulation, interfering with an emergency call, possession of narcotics and use of drug paraphernalia, 4:38 p.m.

Annmarie Lemini, 51, of 34 Marion Pl., Enfield, was charged with disorderly conduct, 6:33 p.m.

Nicholas R. Ruvolo, 27, of D-9 Bradley Cir., Enfield, was charged with third-degree burglary, third-degree larceny and stealing a firearm, 10:17 p.m.

Shannon C. Robbins, 38, of 827 Old Stafford Rd., Tolland, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, use of drug parpahernalia and operating an unregistered motor vehicle, 11:41 p.m.

Anthony R. Pellegrino, 22, of 116 Gatewood Dr., Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault, 2:49 a.m.

Kevin J. Roche, 33, of 37 Kennedy Dr., Enfield, was charged with evading responsibility, 7:06 p.m.

Nicholas M. Attella, 35, of 4 Champeaux Rd., Fiskdale, Mass., was charged with fifth-degree larceny and illegal possession of a shoplifting device, 1:07 a.m.
