Saturday, Nov. 25

Louie A. Ruiz, 59, of 3 National Dr., Windsor Locks, was charged with possession of narcotics, possession of less than a half-ounce of cannabis and interfering with an officer, 2:15 a.m.

Lorraine T. Campbell, 53, of 42 Gaines Dr., Hartford, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault on an elderly/other victim, 6:30 a.m.

Maringel Benitez, 26, of 264 Main St., Indian Orchard, Mass., was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 1:48 p.m.

Rodney Virella, 27, of 1543 King St., Enfield, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 1:57 p.m.

Sunday, Nov. 26

Joshua D. Whitney, 22, of 20 Pleasant St., Enfield, was charged with operating under the influence, possession of less than a half-ounce of cannabis, use of drug paraphernalia, failure to drive in proper lane, failure to reinstate license after 60 days and following too closely, 1:02 a.m.
