ENFIELD, CT — Here are the latest arrest logs, as provided by the Enfield Police Department.

Nov. 26

Steven T. Winter, 31, of 35 Elbert Rd., Agawam, Mass., was charged with operating under the influence, second-degree threatening and interfering with an officer, 5:00 p.m.

Nov. 27

Kyle M. Deane, 20, of 23 Heron Rd., Enfield, was charged with reckless driving and traveling unreasonable fast, 8:16 p.m.

Nov. 28

Shawn J. Behmke, 33, of 517 Washington Rd., Enfield, was charged with possession of narcotics and use of drug paraphernalia, 7:18 p.m.

Edrick Santiago, 22, of 22 Mahl Ave., Hartford, was charged with violation of probation, 10:06 p.m.
