Luzjoarelis Gonzalez, 18, of 24 Hilton St., Chicopee, Mass., was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 11:32 a.m.

John R. Jackson, 18, of 30 Parsons Rd., Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, 9:15 p.m.
