Rodney J. Lynch, Jr., 22, of 26 Belle Ave., Enfield, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 5:23 p.m.

Tuesday, Nov. 28

Alexandria O. Iocco, 21, of 153 Post Office Rd., Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault, 2:15 a.m.

Nicholas D. Despres, 24, of 74 Sylvan St., Springfield, Mass., was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault, 2:15 a.m.

Kathryn J. Bartolomei, 34, of 35 Heywood St., Springfield, Mass., was charged with sixth-degree larceny, 10:01 a.m.

Andrew P. James, 28, of 21 Virginia Ave., Enfield, was charged with third-degree burglary and sixth-degree larceny, 1:45 p.m.
