Craig S. Beauregard, 37, of no certain address, was charged with second-degree failure to appear (three counts) and possession of a controlled substance, 9:00 p.m.

Monday, Nov. 6

Christopher Feliciano, 27, of 31 Cottage Green, Enfield, was charged with violation of a protective order, 7:58 p.m.

Kaprice Jones, 26, of 38-A Church St., Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, 9:25 p.m.

Luis A. Ramirez, 25, of 528 Park St., Hartford, was charged with violation of probation, 10:55 p.m.
