Monday, Nov. 4

Michael T. McNeal, 49, of 399 Springfield Rd., Somers, was charged with first-degree sexual assault of a victim under age 13 (two counts), 9:40 a.m.

Xavier Torres, 43, of 40 Kenneth St., West Haven, was charged with violation of a standing criminal protective order and first-degree criminal trespass, 1:10 p.m.

Michael R. Tellier, 40, of 43 Hartford Ave., Enfield, was charged with disorderly conduct, assault on public safety personnel, interfering with an officer and second-degree threatening, 2:12 a.m.

David W. Martin, 54, of 9 Nancy Dr., Enfield, was charged with operating under the influence, 3:21 a.m.

Caleb R. Wilson, 23, of 188 Post Office Rd., Unit 5, Enfield, was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct, 5:09 a.m.

Joseph M. Barone Jr., 70, of 655 Talcottville Rd., Vernon, was charged with criminal violation of a restraining order, 7:37 p.m.

Thursday, Nov. 7

Jeffrey M. Damato, 46, of no certain address, was charged with first-degree criminal trespass, 10:20 p.m.
