Jeffrey W. Coleman, 28, of 26 Walker Ln., Bloomfield, was charged with operating under the influence and failure to drive in proper lane, 2:55 a.m.
Henry J. Wawrzonek, 41, of 369 Glendale Rd., Hampden, Mass., was charged with issuing a bad check (two counts), 9:02 a.m.
Anntanette N. Stevenson, 35, of 57 Mahl Ave., Hartford, was charged with possession of narcotics, nonstudent possession of drugs near a school, failure to obey traffic control signals and operating without a license, 11:55 p.m.
