Wednesday, Nov. 7

Shayna L. Jones, 22, of 19 Cottage Green, Enfield, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 12:29 a.m.

Jessie E. Williams, 18, of 4 Thompson Ct., Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, 12:35 a.m.

Joseph McKenna, 37, of 140 Pine St., Manchester, was charged with violation of probation (three counts), 3:51 p.m.

Marcus A. Jubrey, 36, of 160 Shefford St., Springfield, Mass., was charged with possession of cocaine with intent to sell, 3:53 p.m.

Aqil Al-Misri, 59, of 34 Spring St., Enfield, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, 5:16 p.m.

Sabrina L. Jenkins, 40, of 215 Laurel St., Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, first-degree failure to appear and second-degree failure to appear (three counts), 6:03 p.m.

Thursday, Nov. 8

David J. Vosburgh, 60, of 10 Vernon Rd., Enfield, was charged with violation of probation (two counts), 6:58 p.m.

Friday, Nov. 9

Jerome M. Randolph-Dowling, 30, of the Motel 6, Room 220, Enfield, was charged with second-degree unlawful restraint, second-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace, 1:00 a.m.

William W. Haertel, 20, of 92 Middle Rd., Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, 11:34 a.m.

Anthony J. Uccello, 34, of 304 Brainard Rd., Unit 12, Enfield, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, 11:41 a.m.

Jeffrey K. Heiss, 46, of 188 Post Office Rd., Unit 7, Enfield, was charged with operating under the influence and failure to drive in proper lane, 9:20 p.m.

Michael P. Conley, 23, of 210 Woodgate Cir., Enfield, was charged with using a motor vehicle without permission, second-degree criminal trover and operating under suspension, 10:17 p.m.
