James J. Miller, 19, of 53 Somerset Ln., Somers, was charged with third-degree assault, second-degree breach of peace, interfering with an officer, first-degree failure to appear, second-degree failure to appear (two counts) and failure to respond to a payable violation, 8:40 p.m.

Shauna M. Edgerton, 37, of 247 Farmington Ave., Hartford, was charged with first-degree failure to appear, 12:50 p.m.
David L. Losa, 69, of 30 Maple Ave., Enfield, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, improper use of marker, operating an unregistered motor vehicle and operating without minimum insurance, 7:12 p.m.

Saturday, Oct. 5
Ira L. Smith III, 24, of 676 Enfield St., Enfield, was charged with operating under the influence, possession of narcotics with intent to sell, failure to drive in proper lane and illegal operation of a motor vehicle without tint inspection, 3:32 a.m.
Bettie E. Borge, 41, of 63 Suffield St., Windsor Locks, was charged with violation of a protective order, 4:24 p.m.
Sunday, Oct. 6
Raelynn A. Dickinson, 22, of 51 Quality Ave., Somersville, was charged with second-degree failure to appear (five counts) and interfering with an officer, 4:30 p.m.
James A. Hatfield, 59, of 29 Burns Ave., Enfield, was charged with second-degree reckless endangerment and second-degree breach of peace, 8:44 p.m.
