Oct. 10

Toyna D. Williams, 49, of 389 Barbour St., Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny (two counts), 3:24 p.m.

Tynika M. Norton, 20, of 2441 Main St., Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny (two counts), 3:45 p.m.

Ladashia S. Williams, 24, of 2411 Main St., Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny (two counts) and operating under suspension, 5:13 p.m.

Oct. 11

Luis F. Ruiz, 37, of 20 Justin Ave., New Haven, was charged with disorderly conduct and first-degree criminal trespass, 2:45 a.m.

Jessie L. Smith, 25, of 146 Brookline Ave., Bloomfield, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 7:01 a.m.
