Oct. 10

Toyna D. Williams, 49, of 389 Barbour St., Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny (two counts), 3:24 p.m.

Luis F. Ruiz, 37, of 20 Justin Ave., New Haven, was charged with disorderly conduct and first-degree criminal trespass, 2:45 a.m.
