Oct. 12

Donna T. Watson, 38, of 8-J Townhouse Rd., Broad Brook, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 10:58 a.m.

Gregory C. Donnelly, 32, of 15 Booth Rd., Enfield, was charged with sale of certain illegal drugs (three counts) and possession with intent to sell, 1:30 p.m.

Scott T. Merked, 52, of 26 Arrow St., Enfield, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 9:57 p.m.

Oct. 13

Henry J. Dallaire, 58, of 9 St. Thomas St., Enfield, was charged with possession with intent to sell and use of drug paraphernalia, 9:00 a.m.

David L. Losa, 66, of 105 Pleasant St., Enfield, was charged with possession of narcotics, possession of a controlled substance/marijuana and use of drug paraphernalia, 9:09 p.m.
