Luis A. Ramirez, 25, of 9-B Thistle Ln., Enfield, was charged with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace, 2:31 a.m.

Rosiris D. Roldan-Costas, 34, of 9-B Thistle Ln., Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, third-degree assault and second-degree threatening, 3:36 a.m.

Charles R. Hughes, 70, of 161 Elm St., Enfield, was charged with second-degree threatening and second-degree breach of peace, 9:04 p.m.
