Justin M. Hebert, 33, of 12 Franklin St., Enfield, was charged with third-degree assault, second-degree threatening, disorderly conduct and interfering with an emergency call, 5:00 a.m.

Rafael Garrido, 37, of 143 Miller St., Springfield, Mass., was charged with second-degree false incident report, 1:55 p.m.

Kathleen A. Smario, 64, of 41 Oakwood St., Enfield, was charged with operating under the influence, 5:37 p.m.

Osamagbe Iyare, 23, of 1162 Springfield St., Feeding Hills, Mass., was charged with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace, 6:27 p.m.

Saturday, Oct. 14

Joseph J. Scirica, 46, of 21 Hartford Ave., Enfield, was charged with violation of probation, 1:25 p.m.

David Kellam, 46, of 43 Quality Ave., Somersville, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, 3:46 p.m.

Aaron L. Ouellette, 36, of 119 Pearl St., 2nd floor, Enfield, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 8:43 p.m.

Sean D. Bastarache, 29, of 25 Alden Ave., Enfield, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 9:17 p.m.

Sunday, Oct. 15

Luis A. Ramirez, 25, of 9-B Thistle Ln., Enfield, was charged with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace, 2:31 a.m.

Rosiris D. Roldan-Costas, 34, of 9-B Thistle Ln., Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, third-degree assault and second-degree threatening, 3:36 a.m.

Charles R. Hughes, 70, of 161 Elm St., Enfield, was charged with second-degree threatening and second-degree breach of peace, 9:04 p.m.
