Monday, Oct. 2

Marissa L. Tomlinson, 20, of 16 Capula Ln., Agawam, Mass., was charged with failure to respond to a payable violation, 12:27 p.m.

Richard L. Maggio, Jr., 44, of 3 Crystal Corner, Enfield, was charged with second-degree threatening and second-degree breach of peace, 3:26 p.m.

Joseph R. Heller III, 47, of 18 Shady Oak Dr., Enfield, was charged with operating under the influence and failure to drive right, 3:30 p.m.

Anthony R. Pozzato, 23, of 204 Abbe Rd., Enfield, was charged with second-degree assault, second-degree breach of peace and possession of a controlled substance, 11:44 p.m.

Tuesday, Oct. 3

Johnathan D. Weeks, 29, of 26 Marshall Dr., Enfield, was charged with violation of a protective order, 3:50 a.m.

David M. Therrien, 43, of 88 Lake Dr., Enfield, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and first-degree criminal trespass, 5:24 a.m.

Anthony J. Pozzato, 49, of 204 Abbe Rd., Enfield, was charged with third-degree assault, second-degree breach of peace and possession of a controlled substance, 6:00 a.m.

Earnest L. Gaines, 29, of 192 College St., Middletown, was charged with second-degree violating conditions of release, third-degree burglary and sixth-degree larceny, 10:20 a.m.

Alex Z. Violette, 22, of 50 Ganny Terr., Enfield, was charged with violation of probation and possession of narcotics, 8:13 p.m.
