Vuctor N. Sanchez, 19, of 27 Putnam Heights, Hartford, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and interfering with an officer, 12:32 a.m.

Carrie A. Marek, 45, of 57 Burnham St., Enfield, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 6:25 p.m.

Matthew C. Santaniello, 32, of 14 Eleanor Rd., Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, third-degree assault (two counts), third-degree assault on an elderly/other victim (two counts), first-degree criminal mischief, second-degree threatening and carrying a dangerous weapon, 7:30 p.m.

Steven M. Sims, 60, of 8 Hartford Ave., Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree strangulation/suffocation, 9:22 p.m.

Gloria P. Tamayo-Morales, 53, of 8 Hartford Ave., Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, 9:31 p.m.

Ernie Santiago, 35, of 1904 Main St., East Hartford, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 6:15 a.m.

Juan C. Marreero, 24, of 4 Thompson Ct., Apt. 6, Enfield, was charged with second-degree criminal mischief and second-degree breach of peace, 8:42 p.m.

Monday, Oct. 22

Exequiel P. Ortiz, 25, of 272 Jefferson St., Hartford, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, falsifying marker/license/registration and operating without a license, 12:54 a.m.

Desiree Collins, 34, of 27-A Oak Ave., Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, third-degree strangulation/suffocation and third-degree assault, 7:45 p.m.
